While most of our initiatives serve children and families throughout the greater Nashville area, our Golden Hero Boxes benefit children nationally.
GOLDEN HERO BOXES
You put the Care in Care Packages, and we ship them directly to our Golden Heroes. Here’s how it works...
Parents affected by pediatric cancer and/or their Child Life Specialist submit the hero's story and let us personally connect to them on their journey through treatment.
Our team curates the perfect package based on the child's personality, passions, and pass-times. Each box is unique to them, and no two boxes are alike.
We get uplifting messages from YOU and ship it with their box.
They receive a golden box full of goodies that they can take to all of their appointments, adding a new spark of joy to each day.

SIDELINE SMILES
“Sideline Smiles” arranges for children with pediatric cancer and their families to attend football games and other sporting events/shows happening in the community. This program enables families to experience the fun of game day or watch a live show together while leaving behind the stress of treatment for at least a few hours. Since 2012, over 150 families have been able to experience these memorable moments through this program. Whether you or your business donates concert tickets for one of our families or fully sponsors an event, know that you're providing memories that not only make a difference but will be cherished forever.
HEART OF THE HOLIDAYS
The “Heart of the Holidays” program celebrates pediatric cancer patients and their families through festive hospital parties and deliveries hosted directly at their treatment facilities. These gatherings create a joyful, emotionally supportive environment where families can connect, make memories, and experience moments of normalcy during every season. Children light up as they receive special gifts curated just for them.
In addition to the celebrations, WithLove donates new toys, games, craft supplies, and other requested items to help refresh hospital playrooms and communal spaces. Since 2012, we have donated nearly 15,000 items and hosted more than 40 holiday events for pediatric oncology families.
Many of the items donated through this program are thoughtfully assembled during our community giveback events, where volunteers and supporters participate in hands-on opportunities to build craft kits, stuff bears, assemble activity boxes, and create comforting care packages for children in treatment. These experiences not only support the hospitals we serve, but also allow our community to directly take part in spreading hope, with love.
