Founder & President
Taylor (Tay) Scheibe
Tay Scheibe is currently a marketing specialist and public speaker. Formerly the Events Chair for American Cancer Society’s ABOA in Nashville 2022-2024, Tay now focuses on the expansion of WithLove. She is a member of 100 Women Who Care - Greater Nashville, Heels and Handshakes, Kiwanis Club of Nashville, and both an Alumni and Ambassador for Young Leaders Council - Nashville. She enjoys writing, walks with her puppy, Rex, trying new restaurants with friends, and taking dance lessons in her free time. She hopes to travel more and share her story with families all over the world.

Vice President
Debby Jackson
Debby Jackson is the Co-Founder and President/CEO of Pivotal Talent Search, a WBENC certified business. Debby started Pivotal Talent Search in 2017 after working in corporate America for more than 20 years. She set out to build a team with strong recruitment skills who were torn between working and tending to their family's needs. Pivotal allows their recruiters and staffing coordinators to work from home with hours that best suit each individual's needs. Pivotal's team has grown to 25 team members (all women) and is looking to double their business over the next couple of years as they continue to serve clients from a myriad of industries across the US and internationally.
In addition to being a business owner, Debby is a published author, wife, mother and dog lover. She has sat on several Boards and most recently stepped down as the VP of Development for WINGS Program. Debby and her husband, Bill, reside in Nashville and have three children. They love to travel the world together and learn about other cultures.

JENNIFER PRYER
Jennifer is a proud military spouse, military veteran, and former special education teacher with over 15 years of classroom experience. Her life reads like an adventure novel; with chapters spanning two countries, twelve states, and countless classrooms where she made a lasting difference, one student at a time.
A master of reinvention (and packing boxes), Jennifer’s journey is defined by resilience, heart, and a strong sense of purpose. Now firmly rooted in Nashville, she is actively investing in her community and finding meaningful ways to give back. Whether she’s exploring new trails, diving into a great book, or supporting causes that uplift others, Jennifer brings curiosity, compassion, and intention to everything she does. Her passion for service and connection continues to guide her work and the causes she supports.
